Lodging - Hotels near GW

Procure to Pay (P2P) has negotiated hotel lodging discounts offering reduced pricing around the world with various hotel chains. These rates can be booked through iBuy+ Travel, for both business and leisure travel or by selecting a hotel logo to book through P2P’s direct link to their hotels. P2P also has hotel lodging discounts available through Booking.com and Hotel Engine.

When booking rooms for visitors and direct billing them to the purchasing card, please follow these security guidelines:

• Never email a complete credit card number to any hotel.
• Never email a photo of the credit card or the cardholder’s driver’s license
• Complete credit numbers should always be provided to the hotel by telephone
• Credit authorizations that may be required by a hotel should only include the last four digits of the card number that has been provided in total by telephone, unless the authorization is being returned by regular mail
